Delete your Starting Line account

In the app

Open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account, type DELETE and tap "Permanently delete everything". Your account and everything stored with it (profile, plan, runs, check-ins, shoes, races, reviews and group submissions) are removed from our servers and your phone straight away.

Without the app

Email startinglineclub@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What stays

Anonymous usage stats, if you turned them on, carry no account id, so they can't be found or removed. Anything you already sent someone (a text, a live location link they opened) is outside our control.
